Intranet Digital Workplace Creation and Management

Through creating a team of key staff members and focus groups with various member combinations, I managed the conceptualization of what would eventually become our company’s digital workplace. Our intranet goals were clearly defined as housing all of our internal documentation, workflows, onboarding, an area for company-wide updates, peer celebrations, a social zone to breed connection outside of work, and overall, a robust platform to keep us connected, informed, and involved as we grow and become more physically distant from one another.

While I’m proud of the work that went into the build, launch, implementation, and adoption phases of integrating an intranet, the continued value lies within the consistent nurturing of internal communications by means of an ongoing communications plan that includes company updates, relevant multidisciplinary education opportunities, benefit highlights, patient stories, new engagement initiatives, monthly data dashboards, team and staff celebrations, etc.
